When you apply for a job

Our job application form asks for your name, phone number and email address, and you can add a message and attach your CV. We use this to consider your application and to contact you about it. We rely on taking the steps you've asked for before entering into an employment contract, and on our legitimate interest in recruiting staff.

When you book online

Online booking takes you to our booking system at martina-collins-dental-and-skin.portal.dental, which is run by a separate provider. The details you enter there are shared with us so we can manage your appointment, and the provider's own privacy policy also applies.

We keep job applications for as long as we need them for that recruitment, and then delete them unless you've agreed we can keep them for future vacancies. Google keeps analytics data for the period set in our Google Analytics account.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:

  • give you a copy of the information we hold about you
  • correct it, or delete it
  • stop or limit how we use it
  • send it to you or to another organisation
